Wholesale & B2B Agreement Policy

Tcllka actively partners with reputable pet stores, veterinary clinics, pet groomers, and international pet supply distributors. Our Wholesale Agreement Policy outlines the strict terms, expectations, and conditions for our Business-to-Business (B2B) partners to ensure a mutually beneficial and highly professional relationship.

1. Wholesale Account Eligibility

To be eligible for a Tcllka wholesale account, you must be a registered business entity. Prospective partners must complete the Wholesale Application Form located on our website, providing a valid Company Name, Tax ID / EIN, and active Sales Channel URLs (physical store address or e-commerce website). Our internal B2B team reviews all applications thoroughly and typically responds within 1 to 2 business days.

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

To qualify for our exclusive wholesale profit margins and tiered B2B pricing, we require an initial Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of $900.00 USD per order.

• Subsequent wholesale re-orders must also meet a minimum purchasing requirement of $500.00 USD to maintain active wholesale status.
• Accounts that fail to meet the re-order minimums over a 12-month period may be subject to a status downgrade to standard retail pricing.

3. Pricing and Resale Restrictions

Protecting the Tcllka brand value is our top priority. By becoming a wholesale partner, you agree to the following strictly enforced terms:

• Confidentiality: Wholesale pricing catalogs, tier structures, and B2B communications are strictly confidential and must never be shared with unauthorized third parties, competitors, or retail customers.
• Third-Party Marketplaces Prohibited: Approved partners are strictly prohibited from reselling Tcllka products on third-party marketplace platforms including, but not limited to, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Etsy without explicit, written legal consent from Tcllka.
• Approved Channels: Our calming collars, diffusers, and refills are intended solely for resale in your approved physical retail storefronts, veterinary clinics, or your independent, secure e-commerce website submitted during the application process.

4. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

Tcllka enforces a strict Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. Wholesale partners are not permitted to publicly advertise Tcllka products below the designated MAP provided in the wholesale catalog. This policy ensures a fair competitive market for all our distributors and protects the premium positioning of the Tcllka brand. Repeated violations of the MAP policy will result in immediate termination of the wholesale agreement.

5. Ordering, Invoicing, and Payment Terms

Once your B2B account is approved, orders can be placed directly through our dedicated wholesale portal or by submitting purchase orders to our sales team.

• Full payment is required at the time of order placement unless net-terms (e.g., Net 30) have been explicitly negotiated and approved by our finance department.
• We accept all major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and verified corporate PayPal payments for wholesale orders.

6. Wholesale Shipping & Fulfillment

Wholesale orders are given priority fulfillment status. Standard processing time for bulk B2B orders is 2 to 4 business days. Shipping costs for wholesale orders are calculated dynamically based on total dimensional weight and destination. Freight shipping options are available for exceptionally large orders.

7. Defective or Damaged Wholesale Goods

Upon receiving your wholesale shipment, please inspect all cartons immediately. Any claims for damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported to our B2B team within 5 business days of delivery. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage. We will expedite replacements or issue a credit to your account for the affected items. Standard retail return policies (like the 30-day satisfaction guarantee) do not apply to bulk wholesale purchases.

8. Termination of Agreement

Tcllka reserves the right to terminate any wholesale account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if a partner is found to be in violation of the resale restrictions, MAP policy, or any other terms outlined in this agreement.

9. Wholesale Support and Contact Information

We provide dedicated B2B support for bulk order tracking, inventory planning, customized invoicing, and access to digital marketing assets (high-resolution product images, banners, and educational brochures).
