Our comprehensive Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our processing times, shipping rates, and order tracking procedures for all Tcllka calming collars, diffusers, and refills.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed securely on tcllka.store are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders during peak seasons, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (USA)

We offer fast, reliable shipping options to get your pet calming solutions to your doorstep safely. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 Business Days. (Free on all domestic orders over $50.00).
• Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 Business Days. (Calculated dynamically at checkout based on package weight and destination).
• Priority Shipping: 1 to 2 Business Days. (Calculated dynamically at checkout for urgent anxiety relief needs).

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather conditions or carrier-specific issues beyond our control.

International Shipping

Tcllka is proud to offer global shipping so pets everywhere can experience our natural, drug-free anxiety relief.

• Delivery Time: International delivery times typically range from 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance processes.
• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Tcllka is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your live tracking number(s) and a direct tracking URL. The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of the email being sent. You can use this link to monitor your package’s journey directly to your doorstep.

Damages and Lost Packages

Tcllka ensures all items are securely packaged. However, if your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at contact@tcllka.store with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement immediately. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to investigate. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to our support team for further assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Tcllka is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping costs.
